SystematicIntegration

Carelog and Systematic Cura

Carelog can be connected to Systematic Cura, so notes from Carelog can be transferred to an appointment or created as an observation for the citizen in Cura.

How the integration works

When your organisation has an active connection to Cura, you choose the citizen and the appointment or observation in Carelog and transfer the finished note from there.

01

Note to an appointment

Choose one of today's appointments from Cura. When you transfer, the note is added to the appointment's Notes field, and any text already in the field is kept. A cancelled appointment cannot receive the note.

02

Note as an observation

Choose an observation template from Cura, a citizen and a time. Citizens can be found by surname or CPR number. AI fills in the template's fields from the conversation and your notes, and the observation is created for the citizen in Cura when you transfer.

03

Previous journal entries as background

Once you have chosen a citizen, Carelog retrieves up to the five most recent completed journal entries with text from Cura. The AI uses them as background and keeps them separate from the current conversation. The contents of attachments are not included.

04

You decide when to transfer

The note is only sent to Cura when you press Transfer note, and you can edit it first. If you change the citizen or Cura login while the note is being generated, it has to be generated again. The same transfer cannot be sent twice, and if a transfer cannot be confirmed, Carelog does not resend it automatically.

Setup

The connection is set up once for the organisation. After that, each employee signs in with their own Cura user.

01

An administrator connects the organisation

An owner or administrator of the organisation's Carelog account enters the server and API key, confirms access with their own Cura user and chooses a role and unit. The connection only becomes active for employees once the check has succeeded, and it can be paused for everyone.

02

Personal Cura login

Each employee signs in with their own Cura user, with username and password or with the municipality's SSO where it has been set up, and chooses the role and unit they work in. The password is not stored. You can sign out or change user at any time.

Requirements

The integration requires a server address and an API key for your Cura, and an administrator must have activated the connection in Carelog. Each employee can only choose among their own roles and units in Cura, and actions in Cura require the relevant permissions there.
